Fixed Price Agreement (FPA):

We frequently uses a Fixed Price Agreement/contract to document our understanding of the terms and objectives of our engagement, and the various services discussed, along with a related fee. We have found that structuring the annual fee on a monthly basis for lengthy clean up projects simplifies the budgeting process and places less strain on cash flow by preventing large billings when significantly more time is required.
