 Bookkeeping
- Consult: $75 per hour
- Per Diem: $500
Fixed Price Agreement (FPA):
We frequently use a Fixed Price Agreement/contract to document our
understanding of the terms and objectives of our engagement, and the various
services discussed, along with a related fee. In the residual bookkeeping
environment we have found that structuring the annual fee on a monthly basis
simplifies the budgeting process and places less strain on cash flow by
preventing large billings when significantly more time is required in season and
during the audit at year end.

Data Clean Up & File Reconstruction
- $65 per hour for full service customers
- $75 per hour for consult only customers
Hourly Bookkeeper
- $55 per hour for full service customers
- $65 per hour for consult only customers
Hourly Bookkeeper Assistant
- $35 per hour for full service customers
- $45 per hour for consult only customers
QuickBooks
- Set Up and Training: $1,200
- New Chart of Accounts (COA) or Restructure COA in Existing File
- Historical Data Clean Up Billed Separately
Other QuickBooks Services
- Export relevant list data into a new QuickBooks template
- Historical data entry
- Set up estimating, invoicing, bill paying protocol and monthly reporting formats
