Software Licensing Requirements

- Includes 2 FileMaker Pro licenses (Mac/Win) and two hours of data
integration. ($4500 after 31 March)

- Data Integration of Existing Data into StudioSchool Pro
$100/hour

Rates:
Historical data entry/clean up based on a rate of $55 per hour for full service customers, $65 per hour for consult customers, once we review
the paper/old database records we can provide an estimate for
integrating/entering historical data. This estimate is likely to involve a
combination of data integration by Dedication Technologies at $100 per hour and data entry/clean up by Sum Financial at $55 or $65 per hour. Data entry based on a rate of $35 per hour for full service customers, $45 per hour for consult customers.

Bookkeeping Integration:
We provide a set procedure for integrating information from the donor database into the bookkeeping system. The two systems (Studio School Pro and QuickBooks) should balance so that information doesn’t have to be duplicated in QuickBooks.
Studio School Pro
Full Database Management: On or Off Site
- Maintain donor database, including solicitation and acknowledgement records
and mailings
- Maintain information and mailing database for the Board of Directors
- Data integration into QuickBooks
Event Management
- Events managed as a subsidiary ledger
- Manage event solicitations and acknowledgments, catering count, event attendance, auction tickets and items, committee/board income reporting
- Itemize expenses
- Produce committee/board expense reports
- Net income from subsidiary QuickBooks file P&L entered as line item in non-profit’s main QuickBooks file
