Bookkeeper Training
- EBB uses a unique and thorough training method to prepare both practicing bookkeepers and those new to the profession to become highly qualified and certified bookkeepers ready to meet the changing needs of today’s small businesses.
-
Although there are a number of different sources of available training for bookkeepers, the EBB curriculum stands alone as a thorough and comprehensive training solution. The program offers in-person, hands-on training that addresses both the needed software skills and the necessary accounting knowledge. The curriculum is targeted specifically to small businesses and reinforced with hands-on case studies.
- EBB offers three course levels, designed to address all levels of existing need, from students with no bookkeeping experience to those with experience who want additional specialized knowledge such as how to handle an e-store, other industry specific software integration or finance. The Level I beginner class is also appropriate for business owners who want to enhance their ability to supervise a bookkeeper. Students who have passed Level II will received EBB certification and will be qualified to take both the Intuit Pro Advisor certification exam and the AIPB certification exam. Level III introduces advanced students to more sophisticated financial management and reporting tools that will improve small business cash flow. EBB supports students with online homework help during class and job placement assistance upon graduation.
