Bookkeeper Memberships

EBB offers members of the bookkeeping profession a monthly membership option. EBB membership provides access to the EBB online community, including a wiki and blog, which provides current industry-specific information and delivers accurate answers to time-sensitive bookkeeping queries. This community serves as the hub of the EBB curriculum and membership. It grants members the ability to contact each other, potential employers, and EBB homework helpers. Although Level II graduates will be ready to take on multiple bookkeeping clients of their own, they will face many challenges with their small business clients and will need the support provided by membership. Recent graduates will receive EBB membership free for the first three months.

Membership provides students with a sense of security and confidence - knowing they are not on their own after they graduate from the training program. No course can cover the gamut of industry-specific bookkeeping tasks that bookkeepers face. Inevitably, graduates will encounter tasks and processes that they do not know how to approach. They are glad to be able to turn to the EBB membership site with their questions.

Both experienced bookkeepers and small business owners find EBB membership valuable because it provides them with up to date information related to small business bookkeeping. No matter how much a business owner may trust his/her bookkeeper, the need to stay on top of the numbers is crucial. Business owners have more confidence if they are able to access this information themselves.
